Promises Fulfilled
and Renewed!
When Richard Loa was appointed to serve on the Palmdale City Council two years ago, he promised to do three things:
Keeping Our Neighborhoods Safer
Richard Loa supports local law enforcement while also holding them accountable for the service they provide our community. This includes working with the county to support their partnership with our community.
Create Jobs and Opportunities for Palmdale
Richard Loa has supported responsible development in Palmdale, including the new Sprouts market, Amazon fulfillment center, and high-quality townhomes. Richard Loa also supports the partnership with local aerospace manufacturers to build a homegrown workforce with a focus on our in-need veterans.
Accountability of City Leaders to the Community
Richard Loa is proud to be part of the sea change at City Hall, bringing an end to the 'good old boys' club that had ruled for decades. Richard Loa has stayed true to his constituents, listening to their concerns, and representing them in city council chambers.
Committed to our Community - Richard received a UCLA law degree in 1976; and has defended our rights ever since. Richard’s successful business career has taught him the importance of small businesses. Richard is a leader in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Supporter of Education - Richard knows that we need to do more to bring better Educational Opportunities and Job Training to our city.
A fiscal conservative and former Councilman - Richard Loa will make budget decisions ensuring our community has the resources to be safe and successful. Richard isn’t a career politician - he’ll protect taxpayer dollars and fight attempts to raise taxes.
Richard is a law enforcement supporter; ensuring that public safety has the necessary resources to keep our families safe. Trusted by the previous State Governor to protect us, Richard was appointed to the Board of Prison terms where he made sure convicted criminals paid their full debt to society.
Local leaders, small business owners, and civic organizations agree...
We can trust Richard Loa!
