Richard Loa has dedicated his life to public service, from his profession as a lawyer, defending the every-day members of our community in court, to his many local and state leadership positions.

Time and again he has demonstrated his focus on what's best for our community, especially the needs and concerns of those living in his district since his appointment to the Palmdale City Council in 2018.

 

He's pushing ahead for public-private partnerships to invigorate our local economy, responsible growth that will broaden opportunities, and an emphasis on public safety.
